Birchfield Prepcare Day Nursery

Birchfield Prepcare Day Nursery is set in the beautiful grounds of Birchfield Prep School, near Albrighton village. The nursery is housed within a purposely converted building on the site of Birchfield Prep School. Testimonials

“***** brought his current favourite book, ‘Supertato’, to nursery today because obviously he won’t be in tomorrow.  Emma was so enthusiastic about it and ****** has come home  having made a Supertato from vegetables today. He was so proud of it and that the children had shared his special book. Please could you pass on our thanks to the girls in the room. It’s a shame that Mrs Ofsted didn’t take such outstanding practice into account when she made her judgement.”

“ I feel the communication about a child’s development is really on top. I can see a mile off how my daughters developed over the last 2 months.”

“Nothing is too much trouble.
Staff are knowledgeable and experienced. My child has made positive relationships with a variety of adults and talks enthusiastically about staff members.”

“I am kept informed and made aware of what to do as a parent if I am concerned about my child in an way.
I receive regular communication from nursery staff about my child.
I am more than happy approaching staff for help and support. I feel comfortable approaching staff to talk about my child’s needs.”

”My child is very happy at the nursery.
He enjoys the activities and has a good relationship with the staff that care for him. He is consulted about his likes and dislikes. There are a wide range of activities available. Lovely location and country setting and other children are pleasant and friendly.”

“On the last parent questionnaire, I made the comment that it would be nice to see improvements in the outdoor learning environment and I just wanted to say how happy we’ve been to spot new things appearing in the playground each week. We were particularly excited to spot the mud kitchen this week! It’s great to know that you listen to feedback.”

“I like that the room practitioner gives 1-1 feedback after every day. I also think that the Eylog is an excellent tool to keep parents informed with the development of their child.

”The nursery staff are always happy and give you daily updates on your child.
Staff make an effort to explain what has happened in nursery that day.
The nursery team is lead well and work well together.”

“Love everything about this nursery, staff are all so lovely and so caring towards my daughter. I always feel welcomed. I feel so happy leaving her while I’m working knowing she is having the best time, learning and playing with all the other lovely children.”

“Our daughter is very happy at the nursery which is a testament to the staff and the service that is given. The staff are all very friendly and personable and very flexible towards our needs which is great. We were attracted to the nursery due to its reputation, setting within the school and the fact it has a forest school. The outdoor areas are great and the opportunities the children get to do things like swimming and dance are good. Our daughter does a wide range of activities which is fantastic. The rooms are clean and tidy.

”Many thanks for all that you and your staff do.”
